I’m Nia — and after 10+ years leading enterprise transformation work, I finally did the thing! I’m officially launching Projectionality.

Here’s the honest version of why:

I’ve heard the same thing from so many people over the years — leading change with no real structure to lean on, doing project management without ever being taught how, or simply feeling like they were figuring it all out alone.

I wanted to build something that actually closes that gap.

And somewhere along the way, I realized I didn’t have to choose between being an operator and being a creator. So I decided to be both.

Projectionality is a consulting and digital products practice built for people managing change, risk, projects, and operations without a 40-person PMO behind them — the accidental project managers, the growing teams that have outgrown their spreadsheets, and the leaders trying to bring people along instead of announcing decisions and hoping for the best.

Because everyone deserves clarity — especially when the work is complicated.

(And yes, the name is basically “here’s who I am, projected outward.” A little cheesy. I’ve made peace with it. 😂)
